View + location! the rooms are nice and have all the things you could need on a vacation, even staing in room 3 days ( due to rain ) is not so hard when, using all that the room/hotel has to offer. Location is grate, nera to all the things in Ao Nang ( beach/shops,Bars ) and allowing a fantastic view fro some of teh rooms

Great hotel, only 5 minutes walk to Aonang beach. lovely cliff view room.
we ordered some fruit on arrival at reception, but it took about an hour to arrive, so they had to send it to our room! Shower was lovely but didn't drain quickly enough and overflowed the shower tray. Reported several times but it never got fixed!

My room was spacious with fine views, and the AC was ice cold! The super nice team with my questions-even found me a phone repair shop when I needed it. Quite the gem!
But the shower head seemed to have a vendetta against me, and who knew beds on wheels could be such a thrilling ride?

The hotel was well located and clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking.
Some of the staff could benefit from further training in customer service. I also didn't like the fact that there is only one key per room issued to the guests. The swimming pool could have been bigger and cleaner.

Location. Although there is a lot of climbing required since hotel is situated at the higher ground. You need to climb a long way of stairs to get to the main road.
Breakfast location. All three of us injured our toes tripping because there was no paint to show the elevated part of the floor.

The infinity pool was a highlight for our downtime. Just a heads-up, the key cards were a little finicky, but it didn't take away from our overall stay 🌅

The breakfast was scrumptious and not expensive and the cafe had an exceptional view of the ocean. It was in a marvellous location with a long beach nearby...

Very nice rooms with a good view. Nice (but rather small) swimming pool. Very good breakfast.
Extras are expensive The staff is very very low quality (with one exception). You do not feel welcome, nor trusted... Which is quite unfamiliar in Thailand. They believe they are 5-star while they are barely 3 in terms of service. Still good for a short stay. Hotel next door (Vogue), even if not as modern, is much better thanks to a great staff

room design was excellent with many useful accessories, dressing gown, slippers, beach basket, rattan mat, every bath/shower accessory etc. v friendly staff polite and respectful.
A lot of steps down to street and up to lift to hotel room but keeps one fit. maybe too much for old folks.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I liked that they provided towels for us to use not only poolside but for use at the beach too. They even provided a beach tote/ mat for each room to take down to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect place to relax after a long day of excursions. The location was great too. Close to a lot of restaurants/souvenir shops and only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Amazing ocean view from the balcony. We felt so special with the anniversary treats waiting for us. The breakfast options were somewhat limited, especially for vegetarians, which could be improved.

The infinity pool offered amazing views and was perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly, cute me with a tasty dessert upon check-in. Breakfast featured delicious vegan options. The room's sound insulation could have been better as outside noise was a bit distracting, and the check-in process was slightly slow. I also noticed some maintenance issues in the common areas that needed attention.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and air-conditioned worked well. Bfast good with variety of spread. Swimming pool and gym was nice
The balcony though was not a place you would want to spend lot of time as it was not cozy and the corner rooms had totally no privacy.
